HP2701T: a 27 inch RK3188 wall mount Android all-in-one for fixed signage
The HP2701T is a 27 inch RK3188 wall mount Android all-in-one. It's made for fixed installs where a large display runs one app for a long stretch. Quad-core Cortex A9 at 1.6 GHz, 1 GB RAM. That'll handle a custom launcher, signage app, room booking panel, or simple ordering screen. But don't ask it to multitask. It's a terminal, not a general-purpose tablet.
Need a big screen that stays put? That's this one. VESA 100x100 mount, Ethernet, DC power input. Wire it once, leave it. The 350 cd/m² panel works indoors, away from direct sun. Looking for battery, waterproofing, or more power? Check rugged Android tablets or our newer Android tablets.
We don't make this model with a battery. It runs only from the supplied DC adapter. And it ships with Android 4.4.2. Some modern apps won't install. If you need newer APIs, pick a different model or ask us about a firmware change before ordering.
Specifying the HP2701T for your RFQ
Send us an RFQ for the HP2701T? Great. Include a few details so we can quote accurately. Which OS version do you need? The page lists Android 4.4.2, but we can often load a newer AOSP build or a custom launcher. Next, the mounting orientation. And do you want the VESA plate on the back or the side? If this is an OEM order, specify any preloaded apps, boot animation, or logo placement.
Also tell us your expected volume and target region. We ship from Shenzhen, and the power adapter plug type changes by country. Planning to use a 3G USB dongle? Give us the network bands so we can verify compatibility. The onboard WiFi is 802.11b/g/n only, so 5 GHz isn't supported.
Don't assume we can add a camera or NFC after production. The HP2701T includes a 2.0 MP camera, but other options must be specified at order time. Our standard warranty for LCD products is one year. We answer inquiries within 24 hours.
How the HP2701T differs from sibling models
The HP2701T sits between our smaller wall-mount tablets and our larger all-in-one PCs. Tight space? Our 8-inch Android tablets fit better. Our 10.1-inch wall-mount tablets use a similar Rockchip chipset, but draw less power. Need a 27-inch display with a newer CPU? Look at our other 27 inch Android tablets instead.
The RK3188 chip is the key difference. It's an older quad-core A9, and we only list Android 4.4.2 for this model. Your app requires Android 5.0 or higher? That matters. Other models in our Android tablet line use different chipsets. Some builds ship with newer Android versions.
For a fixed 27-inch panel, the HP2701T is a simple, cost-effective option when you don't need high performance. We're clear about its limits: 1 GB RAM, 16 GB storage, no 5 GHz WiFi. If those limits work for your project, send us your RFQ.
