Start from viewing distance
The closest viewing distance in meters is about the pixel pitch in millimeters. That single number narrows the series and the budget.
Then environment
Outdoor fixed cabinets run at 5,000 nits and above. Indoor series run at 800 to 1,200 nits. Rental cabinets connect at 0, 2.5 or 5 degree arcs for curved stages.
Warranty
LED display products carry a 3 year warranty. Screens are tested and assembled twice before shipment and packed in wooden or flight cases.

LED display manufacturer: how to read the six series
As an led display manufacturer, we keep the choice simple: pick the series by environment, then narrow by pitch. The table on this page shows what we actually build. Outdoor fixed cabinets come in 500x500 mm die-cast or 960x960 mm with modules, from P2.97 up to P16. Indoor series start at P2 and go to P6. Rental, transparent, flexible, and floor lines each have their own pitch windows and mechanical formats.
Brightness separates outdoor from indoor. Outdoor cabinets are listed at 5,000 nits for the 500x500 die-cast series. The 960x960 with 240x240 modules runs 6,000 to 7,500 nits. Conventional module series sits at 5,000 to 6,000 nits. Transparent panels? 3,500 nits for P2.6-5.2, then 4,000 to 4,500 nits for P7.81 and P10.416. Indoor modules are listed at 800 to 1,200 nits, and flexible modules at 800 to 1,000 nits. Floor panels: 1,500 to 1,800 nits for P2.97-P5.2, and 1,800 nits indoor / 4,500 nits outdoor for P6.25-P8.9. Refresh is 1920 to 3840 Hz for most series. Rental gets 3840 Hz, flexible too.

What to put in the RFQ for an LED screen
An RFQ that skips details adds an email round. Tell us the series or pitch you've got in mind, then the environment. Indoor or outdoor, fixed or rental. If it's outdoor, say whether it faces direct sun or sits under an awning; that changes the brightness you need. If it's rental, tell us how often it moves and if you need curved assembly.
Cabinet size you prefer. The table lists 500x500, 960x960, and a few others by series. Front or rear service access matters for installation. Wall-mounted in a tight alcove? Usually front service. On a truss? Rear service works.
Specify the control system or receiving card if your integrator has a standard. If not, we quote our default. Mains voltage at the site is also useful. Power supply input range varies by model; confirm with us before building.
Integration, wiring, and what we do not make
Our cabinets ship complete. Modules with power and data already wired between them. You bring the controller, sending card, and content player, or we drop them in the order for you. Wiring's pretty painless: each cabinet has power and data in and out. Rental series? Locking system's built right into the cabinet, and the rigging bar sets your curve angle. Transparent and flexible panels need more thought on mounting, though, because the structure's part of the visual result.
We don't make controllers, media servers, or mounting structures. Just the LED cabinets and modules. Need a custom steel frame? Your installer handles that. On-site labor? Not from us. We ship hardware from Shenzhen, and your team puts it together.
