Where the H2152T fits and where it does not
The h2152t is a 21.5 inch rk3288 android all-in-one tablet built for fixed installations. Menu boards, lobby directories, room schedulers, self-service kiosks. The screen stays put. Its RK3288 quad core at 2.0 GHz handles single-purpose Android apps, 1080P video, light browser use. With 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, this isn't a general-purpose workstation. Don't plan heavy multitasking, large databases, or graphics intensive games on it.
Think about what the device will do all day. A simple ordering interface, a wayfinding map, a video loop-this model's enough. But simultaneous video conferencing, live camera overlays, or 4K content? Look at our newer Rockchip models in the 21 inch Android tablet category or a sibling with more memory.
Fixed 21.5 inch size, 350 cdm2 brightness. It's for indoor, controlled lighting. A sunny window or outdoor enclosure will wash it out. Wall mount or desktop stand gives placement choices, but this isn't portable or battery powered.
How to specify the H2152T in your RFQ
Tell us the exact configuration when you send an inquiry. The base model runs Android 8.1, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, a 200W camera, and a 12V/3A adapter. Need options from the spec table? That'd be the 500W camera, remote control, or external 3G/4G USB dongle support. State each one clearly. We build to your order.
Want OEM changes? List them in the same message. We can swap the boot animation, preload your APK, set a custom launcher, or silk print your logo. Firmware changes work on RK3288, but it's an older SoC. Complex Android tweaks take more engineering time than on our newer Rockchip platforms. A buyer needing a locked kiosk mode or a custom system service should describe the desired behavior, not just the app name.
Also specify mounting. Standard form is wall mount or desktop. Need VESA pattern details? Ask in the RFQ. We'll confirm hole spacing before you design an enclosure. The theftproof cover plate is included. Handy when USB sticks or SD cards sit in public areas.
How the H2152T differs from sibling Android tablets
Our Android tablet line spans 8 to 32 inches, each size aimed at a different job. The H2152T sits in the middle: larger than our 10 and 13 inch models, smaller than the 24, 27, and 32 inch units. Need a smaller screen? Compare it to the WA8058T, or the HP1733T for a 17 inch alternative. The H2152T runs RK3288, while several newer models use RK3566 or RK3568. That difference matters for Android version support and long term firmware updates.
The 21.5 inch size is common in kiosk and wall mounted signage. It matches a standard monitor footprint. At 1920x1080, the pixel density is comfortable for viewing from a few feet away. Need a brighter panel for a bright lobby? Our 24 or 27 inch models may offer higher brightness options. But check their spec tables, because values vary by model.
Think of the H2152T as a cost effective, fixed point display for a single function. It's not ruggedized like our rugged Android tablets, and it's not PoE capable. For Ethernet, it has an RJ45 port-many smaller tablets omit that. And that wired connection is often the deciding factor for integrators who avoid Wi-Fi in public kiosks.
