Indoor or outdoor rental
Indoor cabinets list 800 to 1,200 nits at IP30. Outdoor T-series cabinets list 3,500 to 5,000 nits at IP65. Do not take an IP30 cabinet to an open-air show.
Curves
Both families connect at 0, 2.5 or 5 degrees, inward or outward, for curved stages. Installation can be stacked, floor standing or hoisted.
Specify these in your inquiry
- Indoor or outdoor, and the closest viewing distance.
- Screen width and height, or total area.
- Fixed installation or rental, front or rear service access.
- Control system or receiving card preference.
- Mains voltage at the site.
Choosing a rental LED display from the spec table
Rental LED display cabinets come in two families on this page. The indoor IP30 models are the P2.6, P2.97 and P3.91. The outdoor IP65 models are the P2.97T, P3.91T and P4.81T. Pick the family first, because it decides brightness, weather sealing and power draw.
Inside the family, pixel pitch is your main lever. A smaller pitch gives you closer viewing without visible pixel structure. A larger pitch costs less per square meter and is easier to drive from ordinary video processors. We do not publish prices, but the engineering rule is simple: choose the largest pitch your closest audience will accept.
Cabinet size is the same across all six models: 500 by 500 mm or 500 by 1000 mm. That lets you mix rows on a single wall. The 500 by 1000 cabinet saves rigging time on big flat areas. The 500 by 500 cabinet gives tighter curves and is easier to fly in awkward stage wings.
What to put in your RFQ for a rental LED screen
An event LED wall RFQ should read like a site survey. State whether the screen is indoor, outdoor or under a temporary roof. Give us the wall width and height in meters, or the total area. Tell us the closest audience distance and the main content type: IMAG, graphics, or both. That drives pitch choice.
Next, describe the rig. Stacked on stage? Flown from truss? Ground supported on a dolly? Our cabinets accept stacking, floor, hoisting, arc, special-shape and right-angle installation, but the frame and ballast are your scope. Tell us whether you need front or rear service access, because that changes how you build the wall on site.
Finally, list your control gear. We can ship with our receiving card or match a card you already stock. If you run a stage LED screen from a media server, say which output resolution and connector type you use. Mains voltage at the site matters, and so does the number of spare modules you want per flight case.
Integration limits and how this category fits our line
We make the cabinet, module, power supply and receiving card. We do not make truss, dollies, cable looms or flight cases, though we pack screens in wooden or flight cases for shipping. We also do not make video processors or media servers. Your integrator or the end client supplies those.
The rental cabinets are not a fit for permanent fine-pitch boardroom walls. For that, see our indoor LED display line, which lists different pitches and service options. Outdoor rental in direct sun usually means the T-series here; for a fixed outdoor billboard, our outdoor LED display page is a better starting point.
We do not tune panels on site. We ship a calibrated, tested screen; your crew does the final mechanical and electrical build. If you need a curved stage wall, specify the inner or outer arc angle per cabinet: 0, 2.5 or 5 degrees. Mixed angles on one wall are possible, but tell us the exact segment plan before we lock the order.
