How it is built
Flexible modules mount to a shaped frame, and the frame defines the curve. Send a drawing or the radius so the structure can be checked.

How to choose between P1.875, P2.5, P3 and P4
For a flexible led screen, the first decision is pixel pitch. The table shows four pitches, all on the same 240 x 120 mm module. Pitch sets the balance between image detail and cost. A finer pitch gives you more pixels per square meter, which matters when people stand close. A coarser pitch is cheaper per square meter and still looks sharp at distance. Think about where the audience will be. If they can walk right up to the surface, lean toward P1.875 or P2.5. If the screen hangs high or sits behind a barrier, P3 or P4 may be enough.
Brightness and refresh are the same across all four pitches: 800 to 1,000 nits and 3,840 Hz. That means the choice is mostly about resolution and budget, not about motion performance or indoor visibility. The power figures trend down as pitch gets coarser, but the difference is modest. You will not save a large amount on electrical infrastructure by picking P4 over P1.875. The bigger saving is in the module cost per square meter, which is not published here.
If you are unsure, send us the viewing distance and the content type. Text and UI elements need more pixel density than video or abstract patterns. We will help you pick the pitch that fits without overspending.
What to specify in the RFQ for a curved led screen
When you request a quote for a curved led screen, give us the shape, not just the area. A flexible module can bend, but only within a range. The radius matters. A tight column wrap needs a different frame and module arrangement than a gentle wave. Send a drawing or at least the radius of the curve. If the surface is not a single radius, describe the profile in sections. We will check whether our standard module can follow it.
Also specify the total width and height, or the total area. Tell us if this is a fixed installation or a rental build. Fixed installations often use rear service access, while rental builds need front service for quick swaps. If you already have a control system or receiving card, name it. If not, we can supply a standard option. Mains voltage at the site is also useful, especially for larger screens where power distribution matters.
Do not forget to state the environment. Check with us for environmental suitability if the screen will be near a window or under bright lights, or if it might be exposed to moisture or dust.
Integration limits and what we do not make
A soft led module bends, but it is not a magic surface. The frame defines the final shape. We supply the modules and can advise on the frame, but we do not fabricate custom steel or aluminum structures. Your installer or metal shop builds the frame from your drawings.
We also do not make outdoor flexible screens. Check with us for environmental suitability if you need a curved screen outdoors. For outdoor use, look at our outdoor LED display line, which uses rigid cabinets. For a lightweight indoor curve, this page is the right fit. For flat indoor screens, our indoor LED display series is simpler and often cheaper per square meter.
Finally, we do not supply the content management system or the media player as part of the module quote. If you need a complete turnkey screen with controller and software, tell us in the RFQ and we will include standard components.
