P2.97 to P5.2 tiles come in die-cast aluminum at 10.5 kg or steel at 22 kg per cabinet. P6.25 to P8.9 tiles are steel.
Interactive option
Tiles can carry sensor chips for interactive content that reacts to footsteps. State it in the inquiry, because it changes the module.

Choosing a floor led screen model: pitch, load and cabinet
The floor led screen table splits into two groups. P2.97, P3.91 and P5.2 use die-cast aluminum or steel cabinets. P6.25, P7.8 and P8.9 use steel only. Closer viewing distances call for tighter pitch. A P2.97 tile puts 112,896 dots per square meter, while P8.9 puts 12,544. That matters when viewers stand directly over the screen, but finer pitch does not change load rating.
Cabinet material changes weight. A 500 x 500 mm aluminum cabinet weighs 10.5 kg. The same size in steel weighs 22 kg. For a fixed install under a stage, aluminum is easier to handle. For an led dance floor that takes heavy foot traffic, steel adds rigidity. Tell us the expected load per square meter and whether vehicles will drive on the floor, because that changes internal bracing and module choice.
Interactive led floor tiles use sensor chips in the modules, not in the cabinet. State that need in the inquiry, since it changes the module BOM. A buyer who wants a static walk-on screen can skip that option.
What to specify in the RFQ for a floor tile order
Send us indoor or outdoor use and the closest viewing distance. That sets IP grade and brightness. P2.97 to P5.2 are front IP65 and back IP32, so they handle spills from above but not submergence. P6.25 to P8.9 are front IP45 and back IP67. Brightness for P6.25 through P8.9 is 1800 cd/m² indoor and 4500 cd/m² outdoor, while the finer pitches run 1500 to 1800 cd/m².
State screen width and height, or total area. Cabinet size is 500 x 500 mm or 500 x 1000 mm, so layouts build from those modules. Also state fixed installation or rental, and front or rear service access. Rental builds usually need quick locks and flight cases, which we quote per order.
If you have a receiving card or control system preference, name it. Otherwise we quote our standard sending and receiving hardware. Mains voltage at the site matters for power supply selection, but the tiles themselves run on standard low-voltage DC from their power supplies.
Limits and what we do not make
We do not publish load ratings as a single number, because load capacity depends on subfloor, tile spacing and point loads.
Interactive led floor content reacts to footsteps through sensor chips, but the software that maps those sensors to visuals is outside our scope. We deliver the hardware and the sensor interface. The content player, media server or game engine is yours to choose. We also do not make transparent or flexible floor tiles. Those are separate lines on our site.
