Software
Standard AOSP Android. Custom launcher, boot logo, preloaded apps, open ADB and builds without GMS are available through OEM firmware.

Where the PW-1537T fits and where it does not
The pw-1537t is a 15.6 inch Android tablet made for room booking, with PoE and NFC. It's meant for a wall. The 16:9 panel runs 1920×1080, so signage and scheduling UIs look the way your designer expects. Need more compute? The RK3288, RK3566 or RK3568 options let you pick what a kiosk app or a light web view requires.
This isn't a general desktop tablet. The touch panel is capacitive and 10-point. Fine for taps, not for gloved hands or a stylus workflow. Luminance is 250cd/m², which suits indoor corridors and meeting rooms. Not a sunlit lobby window. If you need a brighter or rugged unit, look at our rugged Android tablets or the larger 21 inch wall-mount tablets.
PoE is IEEE802.3at/af. One cable carries data and power. NFC is 13.56 MHz and can read common tags and cards for check-in. Want a desktop stand or VESA arm? Say so in the RFQ.
What to specify when ordering the PW-1537T
Send us the part number, CPU choice, and Android version. Both Android 6.0 and 8.1 are available. App support differs, so tell us which one your APK targets. We build with AOSP, without Google Mobile Services, unless you ask for a GMS build. Open ADB and a custom launcher are options.
Specify the NFC tag type you plan to read. The reader is 13.56 MHz, but your card or tag format should be listed. Also tell us the PoE standard your switch provides: 802.3af or 802.3at. The power budget changes with the CPU and any USB peripheral.
