Where WF2402T fits and where it does not
The WF2402T is a 24 inch RK3288 wall mount Android tablet. It's built for fixed installations where a bigger readout matters more than mobility. Think lobby directories, room schedulers, kiosk front panels, production dashboards. The RK3288 quad core A17 runs at 1.6G with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. That's comfortable with a single full screen app, moderate web content, and 1080p video. It's not a workstation. Planning to run several heavy apps side by side or need 4K UI rendering? It runs Android 5.1 or 8.1 without Google Mobile Services by default. So you control the launcher and the app set. That suits dedicated kiosk and signage roles. But you need to plan your own OTA or sideload strategy if the device sits behind a locked down network. The VESA 100x100 mount and 35W power draw keep installation simple. There's no battery and no camera, so don't spec this model for handheld or video call use.

What to specify when ordering the 24 inch RK3288 wall mount Android tablet
Send us the exact Android version you need, 5.1 or 8.1, and whether you want the build with or without Google Mobile Services. Most integrators ask for a clean AOSP image. ADB enabled, custom launcher preloaded. If you already have an APK, include it with your RFQ and state the default orientation, auto boot behavior and any kiosk lockdown settings.
For the WF2402T, confirm the ports you actually use. The board has two USB 2.0 host ports, one Mini USB OTG, HDMI output, a 3.5mm earphone jack, a 10M/100M Ethernet port and an SD slot up to 32GB. If your deployment depends on a 3G USB dongle, tell us the dongle model. We need to check driver support before you buy a hundred units.
Also specify the power environment. The included adapter is 12V, 4A, and the panel draws 35W. That's easy for most AV racks, but if you're doing a large wall of these, plan your DC distribution or AC outlet count accordingly. Wall mounting uses VESA 100x100. You can use standard brackets or ask us to include a basic fixed mount. We answer inquiries within 24 hours.
How WF2402T differs from sibling models
Screen size and resolution set them apart. The WF2402T gives you 24 inches, 1920x1080, 250 cd/m² luminance, and 89 degree viewing angles every way. It's a step up from our 10 inch Android tablets and 15 inch Android tablets. Same RK3288 platform as some smaller models, though. Light app? You get a much bigger canvas for the same software effort.
Brightness matters. At 250 cd/m², this panel's for indoor use with controlled lighting. A sunny lobby window or bright retail front will wash it out. Fine for text and simple graphics, not for high dynamic range content.
The I/O set's specific too. HDMI output's there, handy if you want to mirror to a larger display. Plus a 3.5mm earphone jack for private audio. No RS232, no GPIO on this model. Need PoE?
