Software
Standard AOSP Android. Custom launcher, boot logo, preloaded apps, open ADB and builds without GMS are available through OEM firmware.

Where the WA1036T fits, and where it does not
The wa1036t is a wall-mount Android tablet, built around the RK3566 quad-core chip. It's aimed at meeting room door signs and simple commercial display jobs. The integrated LED light bar gives you at-a-glance room status without touching the screen. The 10.1 inch IPS panel is bright enough for indoor corridors and lobbies. We rate the display at 250 cd/m², so don't put it in direct sunlight or next to a bright window unless you add a shade.
If your job needs a larger panel, the same platform comes in 13.3 and 15.6 inch sizes. Need a desktop stand or a different mounting style? Look at our full Android tablet range instead. Specifying your order
An RFQ for this model should state the RAM/ROM combo and size. The spec table shows 2GB+16GB and 4GB+32GB, along with 10.1, 13.3, or 15.6 inch panels. Don't specify? We quote the base 10.1 inch with 2GB+16GB. PoE is optional. Order PoE and you won't need a separate power supply. But you still get the USB Type-A charging interface as a fallback. The tablet has USB, RJ45, SD, earphone, and SIM card slot interfaces. Tell us which ones you'll actually use in the field.
Meeting room deployments often run a booking app on the device. We ship with AOSP Android. As part of an OEM order, we can preload your app, set a custom launcher, and change the boot animation. How this model differs from siblings
The 10.1 inch rk3566 meeting room tablet with led light bar is one of several RK3566 tablets we make. Take the WA8058T-an 8 inch panel. It's handy where wall space is tight. The HP1012T is a 10.1 inch with a different housing and no LED bar in its standard form. Then there are the WL1026T and WH1018T, both 10.1 inch models too, but they target different mounting or front-glass options. Need the light bar as a native hardware feature? The WA1036T is the one to start with.
All of these share the RK3566 platform and the same basic Android build. So an app that runs on one will generally run on the others. The differences are mostly mechanical: bezel shape, wall plate, and whether the LED bar is built in or added as a separate module.
