Software
Standard AOSP Android. Custom launcher, boot logo, preloaded apps, open ADB and builds without GMS are available through OEM firmware.

Where the wh1336t fits and where it does not
The wh1336t is a 13.3 inch RK3568 wall mount medical Android tablet. It's an information and call terminal, not a certified medical device. Think patient check-in, room status, nurse call, wayfinding, or a bedside information panel. The RK3568 SoC handles a light UI, basic video, and a single custom launcher without breaking a sweat. Wide viewing angles? That's the IPS panel, so a nurse can read the screen from across the room.
A buyer who needs a wall-mounted tablet with Ethernet, USB host, and an optional NFC reader for staff badges will find this model useful. But it's not a rugged tablet. The bezel and housing are standard plastic. The front camera is 5 megapixel. The battery is only a 4500 mAh backup-two hours, give or take. If you need continuous handheld operation, look at our rugged tablets. For an 8 inch bedside model, the wa8058t is a sibling worth comparing.
We don't claim this model is waterproof or drop-rated. Working temperature is 0 to 40 degrees C. So it belongs in climate-controlled spaces. If your install is in an ambulance or outdoor kiosk, ask us about other models before you send an RFQ.
What to specify when ordering the wh1336t
Start with the base configuration: 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, Android 11, 10-point capacitive touch, 1920x1080 IPS panel. Those are fixed. Tell us what changes you need. We can silk print your logo, change the boot animation, preload your APK, replace the launcher, adjust the firmware build. Those are standard OEM services, not one-off engineering.
For hardware options, the wh1336t includes NFC supporting ISO/IEC 14443 type A and type B cards, a TF card slot, two USB hosts, one micro USB OTG, HDMI output, RJ45 Ethernet, a 3.5 mm earphone jack, and a DC power input. Need a barcode scanner? Fingerprint reader? 4G module? Different camera? List that in the RFQ. We'll confirm whether it's possible on this board before we quote.
Also specify your cable and mounting needs. The tablet is wall mount with a call handle, but the exact bracket style and cable exit direction can vary. How the wh1336t differs from sibling models
Our Android tablet line runs from 8 to 32 inches, and every model does its own job. The wh1336t is a 13.3 inch wall mount with a call handle and a 16:9 panel. Compare that to the wa1036t. It's a 10.1 inch wall mount. The wh1336t gives you more screen area for patient info or menus, but it costs more and needs a bigger wall plate.
Need a desktop model? The wl1026t is a 10.1 inch L-shape desktop tablet with a different stand. The hp1012t is a rugged 10 inch model aimed at industrial or logistics use. Its housing is thicker. The wh1336t isn't rugged. Its battery is just a small backup, not a work shift battery. So don't order it for handheld scanning.
